. . . I've been contemplating this recent El Primero . . . . . . and now you've raised the ante with the fixating foudroyante video. Really, there ought to be a law ;-) . . ....  

...would love to hear some of your thoughts as to what you find attractive about this Zenith. Is it the high beat movement, or certain design cues? Just curious. Cheers, Daos

. . . and for starters is my respect for the EP movement, and appreciation for tenths of a second discrimination. With that in mind, it's the first generation of Zenith and Movado chronos so equipped that are alluring aesthetically, especially the cushion... 

Hearing you outline some of the high points mechanically/aesthetically, as they appeal to you, was very enlightening. I'm looking forward to seeing the watches from Zenith's 2010 collection in person. I wouldn't have thought I'd be saying that a year ago.... 

I prefer it greatly to the new 1/10th second. The case is a marvel, if you like unusual cases. I loved it. get it!!

You got some great pictures of the new Zenith collection. I particularly like the simple 3-hand watch with center seconds. This is a promising return to sensible design IMO. Thanks so much for the great report. I've been enjoying all your write-ups! Cheer... 

The new Chronos are interesting and not too expensive. I will have to have an eye on the ofest Chrono you posted, it may be my first Zenith! Best, my friend. Nicolas, intrigued.

I'm sure I'll find one which I would like to buy , 3 is better than 2 isn't it. Don't know yet which one it will be but one day a third Zenith will follow...

I had no time to take some pics at Zenith. Too many people in the small room and too many watches, My fav was the blackened monopusher, very simple and nice. We could see them going back to the roots in some of their watches, not bad. 2010 is going to be ... 

outstanding collection by zenith , i was wondering is the foudroyante a limited edition of 10? as for the el primo with carbon dial any clue about the price? case size? also same question goes for the three hands elite? i believe ZENITH are heading back i...

Zenith fans will be happy to know that there's a positive new direction for Zenith and will be reflected in their products being released this year. -MW...
